heh hem, to my beloved readers, joyous greetings. upon arriving back at reality after two weeks of blissful shopping, hanging out, bumming and slacking off, i have once again returned to the dreaded ten week government education system, i.e, school

i wish to oh so slowly and painfully remove the head of the concieve-ee, or concievers, of trigonometry. not to mention shakespear, king henry the fifth, my teachers, isaac newton, aristotle, gallileao gallilea, and eintsein

and the panzee who came up with "health and physical education" as a substitue for sport

on a happier note, drama was a ball with only eight of us and the teacher, cause all the year tens are at work experience. ha, so funny, the twins and kara choose the school to do workplace experience with school XD

Eminem is one of the most inspirational figures of this century, an awsome force of power.
his lyrics have made me stop, listen, think and feel more than any other thing in my life, except maybe god.
alot of people dont like him, for what ever reason, but hes had a tough life, and he sings about stuff that actually happend, stuff that gets you more passionate than sport or what ever it is that heats your blood, because he sings about love, which is unbelievable after what hes been through.
some of his stuff isnt so great, lyrics coarse, life style, but hes still one of the greatest singers of the time in my opinion.
this song is about his daughter hayley and his one time girlfriend kim

along time since i last blogged, and from technological views, im blogging in luxury, from the comfort of my grandfathers( or walter, as i like to think of him) japanese model toshiba microsoft Xp edition. and what a laptop it is! but continuing on, iv been through a lot since my last post, and have re-aquainted myself with my dream-like childhood home. the dream, i must say, has been shattered almost beyond recognition. why anyone would want to change the small streets and parks of the inland country town of bridge town is beyond me. and change they have. the bridgetown memorial park, affectionatly reffered to as the 'boat park' by my siblings, relatives and mysself, the place i loved most in the world, where i grew up with my cousins exploring the creeks and playing games of chasey and 'pirates' on a replica of the boat once capittanned by walter pradbury, which has been bolted down, the steps and fireman's pole that led into the small playground dream closed off. they took away the ladder climing frame, a simple swing ladder and parrallel pole thing, took the monkey bars, and cut down, during my years as a five year old, the once mighty colossus pine trees, that we enjoyed climbing, or atleast trying to. the masts of the boat hang forlorn and broken, when once they were the proud flyers of sails and imaginary jolly rogers. the place of my childhood has been lost to the pen pushers of office poliics, and the mountainous red-tape area, 'safety'

but enough of my ranting. its good to be back in bridgetown, and i love cherry tree cotage, my nans current abode. easter sunday tomorow, chocolate, the reminder of jesus' gift, and the thought of a party whence i return home to the people i hold most dear. those fun loving party-animal people ;p

unbelievable!
i cant wait till that no home work legeslation comes through, and they better be sharp about it too! this past six weeks alone iv had 10 assignments, round about, 3 essays, five reports, several productions, a tonne of normal homework, and my rounds to contend with. i just finished a particularly big assignment, only to be told that it got bigger. we had red cross calling today, were for two periods we put up stalls, sell food and drinks, and play games. when the water bomb game died down for a bit( a board with a hole in it, a head, and a bunch of hypo little kids with pool bombs and water ballons)[viscous little brutes they are too]i got involved in an all out war with kelly, daniel, mrs.D, victoria, and umm, . . . i forget, but anyway, it was pretty sick! i nailed mrs D. four times in a row, and felt quite proud of myself, until i copped one in the face from dan, whos a pretty good shot. then i stood around our milk shake stand with jacinta and micheal, nicking all the left over popcron and drinks. bought miself a few cokes and some chips, and spent the rest of the day in the canteen, next to the blessed aircon, as it was sweltering outside, and mucking round with grace, deblazi, jayden and a few others. then finished off the day with my paper round and cake. mums birthday. dad forgot apparently. i would predict starch in the under-wear, but we're beyond such primitive means of revenge nowadays

I went to the youth alive event last night,where the band flynt, and a few others, played worship and rock for about two hundred teens and young adults, that was pretty awsome. just stuck near the entrance talkin to cam-mac and dan. thanks to my expertise in the area of match-making (refer back to chris and jill from beachmission, now happly married with triplets, or something like that) danny boy now has a girlfrend. after bugging him all night, and fruitlessly exerting my considerable strengths to try and drag him into the atorium (he stood there for ten minutes with me pulling his arm, chuckling quietly, then sent me sprawling and walked through the door) he finnally asked realz out, got his yes, as i knew he would, once again thanks to me, and spent the rest of the night with realz

stew (deliberate use of spelling) owes me a new shirt!

i fell asleep during class today . . .
im very tired. ive been tired constantly for a very long time now, round about febuary last year, just after i had traumatic surgery. traumatic for me that is.

the template thingy (for the blog) is anoying me because i went to change the colour of the header, and it wiped everything i had off! not happy! but iv just finished putting it all back, and fiddling with the header, so alls well that ends well, or something like that . . .

What a week! i swear i have chronic fatigue
Iv been flat out with my junk mail round, and the home work load our teachers give us, and doing things with friends. we had our swim carnival today, im in judah (the three factions are blue -naphtali, red-judah, and green-benjamin) [stupidest names ever, trust a christian school to pull names out of the bibble], came 2nd+3rd in the under 14s for freestyle and backstroke, it was heaps of fun cheering on our team, hanging out and talking with my friends, and heaps of body grafiti, with almost every inch of uncovered skin tagged in red texta! All in all, today was pretty good, i scabbed enough food to keep me happy. oh, and JUDAH WON! Go You Big Red Fire Engine!
Last weekend i went up to perth and hung out with a few frends, swam, watched the worst movie i have ever seen, and ate/drank as much food as possible, and just did teenage stuff. was pretty cool.
The Commenwealth Games are coming up soon, i cant wait! s'gonna be sooooo awsome!

On a sad note, Bill Reed from beach mission died the other day, and it still hasnt sunk in. i just cant believe it! im gonna miss him, and i know everybody on team is going to, especially louisa and bill gamble. bill was awsome. my prayer goes out to louisa

New beginnings

One wonders what to write for a first post-on a new blog. I'll go with the basics of what I consider should be the main starter points of a blog. Im Jordan Holt, a West-oz christian kid living in Busselton, in my early teen-years. I am not the horror you associate with the word 'teenager', im not overly rebellious, having a pretty lax view of the world and life. I am in my ninth year of school, currently schooling under Cornerstone Christian college. My interests include socializing (fancy, grown up word for hanging with friends and doing teen stuff [i.e-eating, sleeping and watching movies] ); music; camps; sports, mainly soccer; reading;(I read heaps, my favorite author is Mathew Reilly) fiddling with tv's and playing video games, and, of course, blogging. I have another site, which is somewhat limited, being an 'msn space'. I have a junk mail round, pays good, 240 houses, but is annoying at times, especially at christmas. thirteen pamphlets! thirteen! I ask you. Shocking. Anyway, getting on. I was interested in making a blog for a while, since my dad started his, and I liked it a lot, so now I have my own. I look forward to expanding this site, but as for now, I must take my leave, and wish you good reading.
